Michelle joined R. Shane McFarland, P.C. in January of 2006. She received her B.A. in English from the University of New Orleans in 2004 and was the sole paralegal with a prominent New Orleans plaintiffs’ firm for two years. Since moving to Austin, she has devoted her time exclusively to Family Law. She is a member of the Paralegal Division of the State Bar of Texas and is Board Certified in Family Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. Michelle is married, owns a lone miniature dachshund and enjoys the Austin music scene when she's not at the office.
